How to Apply to Graduate

- Log in to your Student Center
- Click "Academics" > "Graduation" > "Apply for Graduation"
- Follow the on-screen instructions
- Take a moment to double‑check how your name appears in the system—this is exactly how it will appear on your degree
Once you submit your graduation application, it can’t be undone in the system. If you change your mind after submitting it, you need to reach out to your faculty’s Academic Advising office and they can help you withdraw it.
After Applying to Graduate
After you apply to graduate, your application enters adjudication — the review period where your Academic Advising Office checks your record to confirm you’ve completed your program requirements.
How to check your graduation status:
- Logging in to your Student Center
- Going to Academics → Graduation → Apply for Graduation
- Check your status and watch for “Program Complete”
When your status changes to Program Complete, it means you’ve officially met all your degree requirements — congrats! 🎉
Once you’re Program Complete, you’ll be able to register for convocation and order guest tickets when the ticketing portal opens.
