Applying to Graduate
Before Applying to Graduate
✅ Make sure you have met all of your degree, program and module requirements.
✅ Contact your Academic Advisor if you are unsure of your eligibility to graduate.
How to Apply to Graduate
- Log in to your Student Center.
- Click "Academics" > "Graduation" > "Apply for Graduation".
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
- While following the on-screen instructions, make sure that you verify your name on the system. This is the name that will appear on your degree.

Checking your Graduation Status
You can check your graduation status and potential convocation date on your Student Center. Go to "Academics" and choose "Graduation."
Your status must be “Program Complete” to register for convocation and order guest tickets.
Cancelling your Applciation to Graduate
If you have already applied to graduate and would like to withdraw your application, it is recommended that you contact your home faculty Academic Advising office. The contact information for each Faculty can be found here.
