Students who attend the June convocation celebrations in person will receive their diploma at their respective ceremony. View the June Order of Convocation here.
Graduating students who cannot attend their ceremony in person can come to Student Central to pick up their degree 3 days following their confer date OR they can order the diploma mailed to them through Student Center or have Western hold the diploma until they attend a future convocation ceremony (within the next 2 years). A transcript will NOT show the degree conferred until your convocation date has passed.
For those students who graduated in In Absentia, you can download this statement to use with any VISA applications to attend the ceremony.
