Registration for June convocation opens in early May. In the meantime, please review this important information!

Graduates are required to register for convocation before the registration deadline on May 31, 2026 at 11:55 p.m. Graduates who have not registered are not permitted to attend convocation; no late registrations will be accepted. 

During the registration process, each graduate will automatically receive a graduate ticket and will have the option to request up to four complimentary guest tickets. Guest tickets can only be ordered once a graduate is in awarded status. If your awarded status is not yet confirmed, you may return to the registration portal later to request guest tickets once your status updates.

All guests, including children over 3 years old, must have tickets in order to attend. Guests must present their ticket upon arrival at Canada Life Place to enter the building.

Extra Tickets

If you require more than four guest tickets, you can request additional complimentary tickets once you register and have ordered your base allotted tickets.

Extra tickets are not guaranteed and are dependent on the number of graduates and the capacity of the venue. Requests will be reviewed and addressed after the registration deadline on May 31, 2026 at 11:55 p.m. and provided before ceremonies start.
